No Doc Loans

As a general rule No Doc loans require no evidence and rely on the borrower's warranty that the borrower can service the loan and repayments. These are useful for people who have been self-employed for less than 2 years or those who do not wish to provide don't want to or can't provide documentary evidence of their income.
